Maintenance Work

Maintenance of fire alarm, associated life safety and security systems is an integral part of prolonging the lifespan of a system but also more importantly, ensuring the system is operational.

This in turn provides peace of mind that in the unfortunate event of a fire (or security breach), the relevant system will operate as intended.

At Alert Fire, all our maintenance/service work is carried out strictly in line with the relevant standards or guidelines. As we are dealing with, in the main, Life Safety Systems, this is something we never compromise on.

With all maintenance contracts we provide a 24 hour a day 365 days a year call-out service. Regular and correct maintenance of systems will reduce the amount of call-outs, however if there is a problem with a system, as a policy our engineers will endeavour to try and resolve the issue over the phone, if this is not possible, we will at the clients/customers request attend site and resolve the issue.
